Aronia berries have a deep purple colour and a fresh, tart flavour. The aronia berries used in EM Drink are grown by Agriton in Belgium, where EM® technology is incorporated into the cultivation process.

During fermentation, microorganisms transform some of the naturally occurring components in the ingredients, giving the drink its characteristic fresh, tart flavour. The finished drink is unpasteurised and contains live bacterial cultures.

According to analysis, EM Drink is sugar-free and gluten-free. It is also lactose-free, vegan and free from preservatives and artificial colours.
