Hyaluronic acid is a natural component of synovial fluid and contributes to its lubricating and shock-absorbing properties. The electrolytes sodium, potassium and calcium play an important role in maintaining the body's fluid balance as well as normal nerve and muscle function. They also help replace electrolytes lost through sweating during exercise.

Directions for use:
