Terms & Conditions
Many horses today receive a ration that is fundamentally well balanced but still does not fully cover their micronutrient needs. Forage grown on mineral deficient soils and one sided fertilisation can result in low levels of selenium, zinc and copper, for example. Deficiencies often develop gradually and may present as reduced energy levels, poor hoof quality, a dull coat, slow recovery or increased sensitivity to stress and infections.
MicroVital® contains organically bound trace elements in forms that are efficiently absorbed by the body, including amino acid chelates and natural yeast components. The product provides high levels of zinc, copper, manganese and selenium, all of which play key roles in immune function, skin and coat condition, hoof development, enzyme activity and metabolism. The formula is complemented with nucleotides from brewer’s yeast and natural protein building blocks that support cellular function and the body’s regenerative processes.
During coat shedding the requirement increases significantly, as the growth of new hair demands substantial amounts of nutrients. A targeted trace element course can also be a valuable addition to the daily mineral feed during periods of heavy workload or recovery after illness.
MicroVital® is used as a course to enhance vitality, support the immune system and contribute to a stable and efficient metabolism when requirements are at their highest.
