Acavallo’s half pad is designed to lift the rear of the saddle and help rebalance a saddle that sits too heavily at the back. The gel material moulds to both the horse’s back and the shape of the saddle, contributing to more even pressure distribution while providing effective shock absorption.
Its wedge-shaped design, with a height of approx. 5 cm at the rear, offers clear yet flexible support without adding unnecessary bulk. The gel structure allows air to circulate, reducing heat and moisture during riding, while the non-slip surface keeps the pad securely in place.
Can be used directly on the horse or in combination with another pad, ideally together with an Acavallo anatomical gel pad for best results.
