Movicur® is a supplement developed to support the horse’s musculoskeletal system during periods of increased strain. It is formulated to support connective tissue and cartilage, helping to maintain mobility and normal function. During training, competition, rehabilitation or prolonged physical stress, the requirement for structural building blocks for joints, tendons and ligaments may increase.
A key component of this supplement is a high quality extract of New Zealand green lipped mussel. This extract contains naturally occurring glycosaminoglycans, long chain fatty acids and bioactive compounds involved in cartilage structure and the lubricating properties of synovial fluid. Glycosaminoglycans are essential components of cartilage tissue and contribute to its shock absorbing capacity. With increased workload or wear, the demand for these structural components may rise.
The formula combines mussel extract with collagen forming proteins, fermented brown millet and field horsetail as natural sources of silica, as well as seaweed extract rich in complex carbohydrates. Together, these nutrients help support the structure of connective tissue and the elasticity of soft tissues. The product also provides omega 3 fatty acids from both mussel extract and linseed, along with vitamin E to help protect cells against oxidative stress.
Through its carefully balanced composition, Movicur® provides nutritional support for the natural turnover processes in cartilage, tendons and ligaments. The supplement is suitable for sport horses, growing young horses and older horses requiring additional support to maintain suppleness and ease of movement.

Feeding recommendation
Approximately 40 g per 100 kg bodyweight daily mixed with the daily feed.
Approximately 20 g per 100 kg bodyweight daily for maintenance during regular work. For fussy eaters, introduce gradually in small amounts.
Please note: This product does not cover the horse’s basic mineral requirements. Contains mussel meal and must not be fed to ruminants.
Important: This complementary feed contains higher levels of vitamins and minerals than standard complementary feeds and must not exceed 8.3 percent of the total daily ration including forage. Please follow the feeding recommendation carefully.
