Terms & Conditions

Schwarzkümmelöl is a high quality cold pressed black cumin oil produced from Nigella sativa. Black cumin has been used for more than 2,000 years in the Orient, both as a spice and as a traditional plant based support for wellbeing. The gentle cold pressing process preserves the oil’s natural content of valuable fatty acids and bioactive plant compounds.

The oil has a high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, including gamma linolenic acid, as well as other rare oil fractions. It also contains nigella oil and more than 100 secondary plant compounds that contribute to the product’s broad nutritional profile. These fatty acids are involved in the body’s production of prostaglandins, which play an important role in various physiological processes.

Schwarzkümmelöl can be used as a complementary addition to the ration to provide valuable fatty acids and plant based nutrients. For optimal utilisation, an adequate supply of trace elements is important. The product can therefore be combined with a base feed rich in micronutrients, such as Hesta Mix®, Struktur E®, NaturMüsli Senior or MicroVital®.
